Well yesterday was good, did not blow my diet , am taking it one day at a time . considering I have been snowed in since last Thursday, and it is sooo cold, with more snow today, this is when I usually eat good when snowed in , and didn't make bunches of snow cream this time. or fix a big pot of soup and cornbread, but if I don't soon get to make a grocery run, for low carb, I'll have to figure out something. My FS friends I have a confession, I was cleaning up my e-mail and had some friend requests, and I don't know how to get them. I get so much junk, I don't clean it often, and I am not to computer savy, I was doing fair on windows 7 but this one Is windows 8 and I never did get my e-mail set up right, I clicked where it said and it just took me back to my secret page , so would you please try again.
