Since 2007. It helped me lose 90lbs in 1 1/2 years and re-lose some of it or maintain whenever I have needed to do so over the years. I recommend this app to everyone

Since the beginning of May this year. The tracking has helped me lose almost 25 pounds since I started. I think the community is warm and inviting.

First started here in 2015.... didn't really utilize the app.... Restarted again in 2018 - same story. Used it a bit for keeping track of calories, but it wasn't as user friendly as it is now! I didn't realize that my weight records were public! Did NOT see the support comments or hearts... maybe that was "operator related"? Then after a hard talk with my mom, I restarted here in March 2021. I have been diligent with tracking and have successfully lost over 150 pounds in 17 months. The community is very informative and supportive. These are my people! I can say things here that I would never say on Facebook! Keep on keeping on!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

I have been on this app for almost 3 months and lost 34 pounds. Before joining, I was going to a gym, but losing no weight. The food tracking is absolutely vital, and is the easiest way for me to lose. The community is so helpful! When I am struggling, it is uplifting to look into the community and see others having the same problems, or overcoming their own struggles, or reaching and maintaining their goals. I can also follow and join in discussions on diet and health related topics, which keeps healthy living at the forefront of my mind. It really helps!

I started using the app for the first time in 2012. I lost weight but eventually got tired of logging & gained some back. Several times between then & 2019 I used the app for a "tune up" to track calories. I was always private & didn't communicate with anyone else. July 2019, I decided to give it a go again. This time I went public & started sharing my journal with others. I made friends and they have been so much support & encouragement! I met my original goal and decided to lose 10 more lbs. I met that goal in March of 2020. Since then I have continued to log & share my day to day journey thru maintenance. Having others share my progress or digressions helps me stay accountable & motivated. Because, I admired the fitness of some of my new friends, that has inspired me to join a Gym. Now I'm learning to not only eat better but be more active. As an older woman (almost 67 * next month) I'm learning new things I never thought I'd even care about.

Started using app on 2013, wasn't using it fully, but now I log every day, get fantastic tips on weights and exercise. The FS community is wonderful. I've lost 40lbs and I love the support!!
