I need to get my cameras fixed. I have 2 of them and one is broken and the other needs a new battery. Sorry for the blurry pix I post. I'm using the web cam.
Anywho, I did plyometrics instead of Yoga last nite :) No regrets. Everyone was saying that it is so HARD. Well I did it all and the Bonus workouts. Went thru 4 bottles of H2O during the workout but all in all it was a GREAT workout. I wonder why it's not part of P90X lean routine. I burned tons of calories and it was cardio to the 10th power.
Tony was so funny/goofy in this workout that it made it go by fast.
Pause || Now I'm back. LOL!
