BlessedBeyondBelief49 , hey tbh I've only been at it a few weeks & the only thing I find stressful is eating enough in time frame I'm eating, a few times now I haven't eaten enough and didn't realize til it was kinda too late but didn't want to break the fast n did get a little dizzy. I started off just doing 12 hrs and if it didn't work out and I got hungry not worrying about it.. and just starting over the next day. It's gotten easy really quick and the weight is peeling off really fast now. I still weigh everything n count my calories n eat in a deficit. I had a few people tell me to try it a few months ago when I had just started and it seemed so unnatural to me and I completely disregarded it. The first time I did it was a total accident and the results were so good I gave it a try. I'd already been counting, weighing and used to a deficit for about 3.5 months at that point.
Idk how new you are to all of it I still feel very new. I'm definitely still learning as I go n making changes along the way. In the beginning I was afraid of potatoes thinking for some reason they were taboo They stay with me though n I've had no problem losing with them. Also don't scrimp on protein and be gentle with yourself. 🙏🏼💕
