Ate very well today as well. Only about 23 carbs, fat and calories in the right portions, but did not exercise yet again. First hard day of my period, have zero energy for exercise. Even took a 3 hour nap. Since I only slept 6.5 last night and most nights 6 I'm making up for lost snooze time. Kinda nice to take a break from the exercise. Tomorrow I'm supposed to meet my coworker and lift weights, so I'm going to be sore monday. Camping planning going well, gonna stay low carb and healthy out there (maybe I'll get one ice cream). Hope the numbers on the scale go down again tomorrow. I'd really like to be at 155 in the next 2 weeks.
