Weigh in this morning I was down from 222.4lbs to 221.1lbs but felt pretty bloated seeing as I had played golf and sat around all weekend.
Today, I did the spring clean the office needed. So everything was pulled out the carpets got hoovered, the floor got swiffered and there was a large amount of furniture moving as well. I also moved the computers and desks, which all in all took me around 4 hours.
The morning was spent sat at my desk on conference calls and replying to e-mail. I sat down at around 9 am and was done by lunchtime. Surprisingly, I am not hungry today. I snacked on nuts and fruit for lunch and hydrated; largely due to dust, but by dinner time I was not exactly starving.
