started today ending 14hr fast, I didnt think Id make it 12. Steps are not great, but good. no work out & my dumbass ate cake..there goes the deficit. ugh. Seems I do good all week & either Fri or Sat I choose to screw up.

Weekends were big fails for me in the beginning. I had to pay special attention to them for a while because they didn’t have the structure of Monday- Friday workweek. Retirement two years ago and the world stirred up has really been a loop-de-loop. All I can offer is: crunch the numbers and figure out what you can live with and keep moving forward. No need to be miserable, but we all need improvement in health.
