Gaining muscle I guess. I slipped and ate a couple of cookies over the weekend and a bowl of rice flake cereal and a little sugar free chocolate and it showed up right away in a two pound gain. Still exercising... ran 5 miles Sunday, 3 Monday in the rain, 3 yesterday plus an hour of Zumba. Skipped my morning run today but hoping to get to a combo spin and barre class tonight. Ate pretty clean yesterday overall. I wish I could prove to myself that I'm gaining muscle... it's hard not to see the scale change day after day.
158.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
