I shoveled snow for two hours yesterday. It was a great workout, judging from my soreness. And, I admit, I gave in and had a glorious cheat day. Actually, I didn't eat all that much, I guess, but I did drink an entire bottle of fine Malbec.

I weighed in this morning and it had no impact on my weight one way or the other.

But I will say that I am not hungry AT ALL. It will be a challenge to even want to eat today, I think. I only ate breakfast as a formality more than anything, and I kept it very small. I skipped the gym because my thighs feel like they have carpet tacks in them.
