I was beginning to worry that my metabolic issues were going to be a real problem. I had a small whoosh overnight and dropped 3 pounds. I also am beginning to look leaner--I am down one belt hole. I am in very deep ketosis and feeling quite good, overall. Starting today, no caffeine after 10am.
