The last 3 months have been really good and bad... bad for my weight gain and really good because me and son we are approaching the big 1st birthday. I tried doing the Dukan diet and I have failed because I really cant don't like I did in 2013 which I lost about 15 kg.

Now that I am hitting the 3 digits I really hate the place I am in and I am tired of complaining. So now I have set myself goal. first and far most I need to get rid of the 6 kg and get under the 3 digits and when I get 2 the 2 digits I will really tackle the big ones. I am planning to lose all in 42 kg's but for now I NEED to get under 100kg. I have started using Herbex products and eating healthy. This morning I did morning workout for about 10 min and I will do the further 20 after work.
