Just started P90X today (lean). I'm pretty determined to finish all 90 days no matter what. I hope to start recording my food intake tomorrow, since I'm pretty ashamed of some of the things I ate today ..>>; I don't plan on following the nutrition plan for p90x exactly since I find it difficult to follow nutrition plans...however I do have a general mindset of what types of things I should eat and avoid (ie. I avoid cheese, white bread, too much sweets, etc. and I focus more on wheat break, fruits, salads, lean meat, almond milk, etc.) I've been eating pretty healthy since February but over the past couple weeks I lost my motivation to eat healthy so I kinda bombed it....But I'm hoping to get back on that track soon.
