This has been a hard last ten days I was on break for work a started my period on June 15th. I find it hard to stick to my diet at this time during the month. I woke up tired today felt irritable, but I was able to keep my calories down. I have headache I wonder if it is the cantaloupe or perhaps the granola bars. Sour cream. Those are the onlr new things I ate today.
