woke up feeling quite empowered today.
got to the chiropractor and then the gym.

50 treadmill
Abdominal crunch 100@30
Back extension 100@85
Triceps Press 100@40
Hip abduction 100@125
Seated row 60@40

will finish walking tonight. it's way to hot out and there's a fire less than a mile away not helping any.

Thanks guys. Did 5 miles today n feel really good about it!! Less than 3 months ago I had trouble getting to 1000 steps most days. 🎉🎉🎉
