so i've discovered that what i've known for years is really, simply true: I cannot eat breakfast! otherwise known as anything before 10:30 or 11 am! people have told me for years "you have to eat breakfast. it's the most important meal of the day!" to which i respond "when i do, i am voraciously hungry for the rest of the day!" well that theory has been put to its last test!! a few days ago i decided to eat something "breakfasty" and had a light yogurt at about 11am. no problems. good all throughout the day. yesterday i decide to have some fruit in the morning. had a cup of green grapes...yummy!! ate at 9-9:30am. HUNGRY ALL DAY!!!! very little satisfied me! no pms... no emotional eating... just HUNGRY!! it's amazing i stayed within my points yesterday!! I have a child's birthday party today and today's the last day of my WW week... so i've been saving my discretionary points for today. i thought i might need them yesterday after the "breakfast incident"!!!
well.. another day... another day of decisions... it's nearly 11am. maybe i'll have a yogurt in 15 minutes!! HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!

I found it all depends on What I eat for breakfast wether I'll be hungry all day or not.. If its protein like eggbeaters or full of complex fiber like shredded wheat then I am fine but if it is like kiddie cereal in an hour I'm starving... I think it possibly has to do with the fact that you are waking your metabolism up... i dunno just a theory. but anyways keep up the great work.

Yea I agree with the above poster. If I eat some eggs for breakfast, I am not hungry till the afternoon. You really have to train your body with breakfast. You are used to not eating breakfast, so when you do, your metabolism screams "feed me"...lol. It's all about what you are used to. If not eating till later works for you and you still lose weight, then do it.
