Today is the first day of my Low Carb diet, though I;m not new to the diet. Ive done pretty good so far though Ive felt a little light headed and have had a headache most of the day. Im thinking I may be a bit dehydrated, too much coffee this morning and not enough water throughout the day. Im horrible about drinking enough water. Hopefully tomorrow is better!
319.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hang in there, you'll get past it! Do you have a water bottle? The only way I can be sure to drink enough water is to keep a water bottle with me at all times. I actually have it marked in 8 oz increments (it holds 24oz), then my goal is to drink a full bottle 3 times a day... One by breakfast, lunch, then dinner. Having it with me also keeps me from buy sodas or tea when I'm out working or running errands. Another tip, if you hate the taste, maybe try adding lemon or small green tea bags? I like Lipton mixed berry green tea, and I just drop the bag in my water for a flavor boost! Good luck to you, don't give up!!

Good luck, I've been doing low carb since Oct. getting that water down is so important. I don't know about anyone else but I find if I don't drink those 64 oz of water every day my weight doesn't drop as well. I guess it keeps you flushed out. LOL

I'm horrible for drinking water, I have a few water bottles and I'll just like have a stare down with it, I can go all day workout drinking sometimes. I just know my kidneys wish they could pack up and move out lol. Today was better, I find its easier for me if I just keep sopping throughout the day :) thank you for the encouragement
