Today was much better, than yesterday. I drank A lot more water and I'm trying to ween myself off coffee and switch to tea. I did great on my meals, got some exercise in and even tried a recipe off this site. I made the recipe here fOR parmesan crusted chicken and a food network recipe for cauliflower mac and cheese. My spouse who is not dieting loved the chicken as well, that makes meal times so much better!
