Went to a conference over the weekend. No real food options. I've been walking a lot, though, and I hope I"ll see that pay off soon.

I also started working on my flexibility. I am shocked at how stiff I've become.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
