I don't know why I sometimes can't convince myself to stay to my points. It's like, oh, I'll eat this, and I won't lose weight, but I won't really gain weight, so I'm okay with it. Even though I know that staying in my points is really effective. I'm proud of myself for yesterday though. Did not give in!! Despite PMS. I'm not one to deny myself anything while PMSing, but I managed it :) I will try and remember to take my chromium today, that seemed to help quite a bit too.
Bacon, eggs and fruit this morning. Yum!
