Frozen cherries and raspberries, soy Greek yogurt, oatmeal, flax meal, and hemp seed. Raspberries tend to be a little tart for my tastes, but the cherries are sweet enough that this didn't need sugar. Don't care for the hemp, but I'm trying to use it up

Raspberries and cherries are 2 of my favorite things. Yogurt is too twangy for me and Greek yogurt upsets my G.I. system. I have not tried hemp but I love chia seeds.

I like chia considerably more than the hemp. I won't buy the hemp again, and I'm trying to use it up in things that kind of disguise them. Yogurt is a bit twangy for some folks. The soy is less so than the dairy, although I enjoyed the twanginess and kind of miss it
