doing pretty good at staying in the rhythm of working out and getting my steps in. thinking I should up my step goal to 10k.

@Aaronloseweight, Thank you!! I'm gonna. It's time. I started in March with a 5k goal & could hardly do 3 mins so I think I'm ready!
