So I discovered really bad math in my food journal, and fixed that up... now I don't feel as bad about yesterday. *phew* That and ranting on LJ made me feel a lot better, still higher then I should be for today but at least i'll make up for it with more excersize then I would normally do. Time to head for another walk, maybe more dance.
