Had the same issue about 3 years ago. got down as low as 248 but busted my ankle which left me off (effectively) for 5 months. Truth be told it really wasnt the lack of exercise that put back all that I lost until that point but I feeling of "this sucks" and I want to enjoy myself which eating really fell in to that category. If eating is something you enjoy and other option are taken away it is easy to ignore the consequences of that decision much in the same way (no real comparison by an analogy) an addict who has been clean goes back in hard times. I hope to never fall back but im not pompous to believe it is still not there.
