loading day- I am sticking with just fats and high cals- no sugars for my loads. This will be my last round. the last 2 were cut short and I feel i didnt get a good strong start to p3. I am stabalizing pretty much at 135 even though today I was down.. I even had some popcorn yesterday with our kids. popcorn always effects my weight and it didnt- yeah. no lotions and Ill only wear my kiss my face oil free makeup.
