Some of you may have seen that I mentioned maxing out on the three main lifts this week (squat, bench, and deadlift). This was big for me since I set these records some time back and have been staying away from those numbers to focus on reps and total weight.
Back in High School we could earn t-shirts for combined lifted weight of 700, 800, 900, and 1000 lbs. I remember hitting 800 and had to have hit 900 in high school. Pretty proud to be back over 900 now. Only about 65 lbs from 1000.
