considering for the month of December I didn't even TRY...I should have gained consideraby more than I did. won't really be officially re-starting again till Monday, but un-officially started today, didn't eat the best, just wasn't hungry.
I noticed that Atkins has revamped their program, sort of...20 and 40gram programs - and a little more variety in the foods you can eat - fruits, breads, etc are no longer "no-no's" it seems, just in much moderation - so we'll see.
