Brendiona's Journal, 11 June 2009

So yesterday the day hand been going great. I exercised like one does once in a while when they just don't have the time to sit down(walked over two hours to and from the store) And I had eaten a nice balanced days worth of food. And I ate my last meal early at six see no problem. Eight o'clock at night mom comes in and I broke down at the sight of food. She had full blown Nachos the only good thing is that instead of beef she had grilled chicken but I swear I devoured it and it was so close to bed time but for some reason I fear going to bed until I'm sure my food is digested(hear it takes three hours at least) so I had to stay up till midnight then my dog wakes me up at five and once I'm up there is no more resting if I want to make it through my day.(I'll sleep until twelve or eleven if I sleep in) Which is a bad thing since I am taking a class to get credits instead of taking it in the fall. *sigh* Today just started out bad. And I hadn't binged in a good week. So it's Day 1 All over again.

You just have to take things one day at a time! Don't beat yourself up, dear! Just make sure you're on top of things today! One day doesn't erase all the hard work you've done til now! Stay positive, and do your best! We all have a rough day. I had one yesterday when I splurged on a medium Blizzard and fries from Dairy Queen and didn't make it to the gym... But today I'm eating better and I'm forcing myself to go to the gym tonight! Keep smiling! =]
