My cold is getting worse, so I didn't exercise yesterday, but I got on my exercise bike this evening.
I've been keeping to the low, low carb diet. AND I've been drinking water and tea (both for the diet and for the cold). I will break down and weigh in tomorrow. It's gonna be ugly, but I have to see how far away from goal I am. So, it's time to bite the bullet and get on the scale.
