Probably a terrible idea, but I am going to take a break and start recording my food and exercise again on New Years day. My weight is stable and I'm still exercising, yay! I did not bake any pies, cakes or cookies for Xmas. We ate out for Xmas dinner, oriental food, which my family loves and I don't. I had fresh fruit, a spoonful of steamed rice, steamed green veggies and some dry chicken with a trickle of teriyaki sauce. Only one fattening thing I liked, but I would probably have gotten thrown out of the restaurant if I went through all the little rolls of stuff pulling out the avocado and tossing the rice, seaweed and seafood away. I love avocado with soy sauce, lol.
