Been on Aktins for almost 4 weeks. I lost 10 lbs my first two weeks, and am now creeping back up. I started adding in more snacks like pork rinds and a couple higher carb veggies, but that is about it. I have now cut those back out and am trying to stick with just induction foods, but after 4 weeks it is getting kinda boring. I'm ready to lose weight again and I'm ready for more food. Not sure what's going on here. Hopefully this will help me monitor my intake to keep it in the right range of where it should be.
