Congratulations! I am not blow 210 and have made my weekly weight goal. I lost almost 3 pounds with in one day. I believe the very early morning (00:10) cardio session helped.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
