Day 2 of my diet! Yay! I am doing 1984 calories per day. I have Breakfast, Lunch, a snack, Dinner, and a snack.
I drink water or flavored zero calorie water.
I have been counting my calories and measuring all portions. Even just 2 days in I feel better. I'm excited to kick my fast food addiction. I am embarrassed to say how much fast food I ate per day, let alone per week. I will beat this, and achieve my goal weight. I will even try to surpass my goal, and be in better shape than I have ever been.
I cannot wait to see the new me!
