i can run anymore... what .... a fatass....ugh

You are NOT a fat ass! If it makes you feel better I can't run either. I've NEVER been able to run whether I was 160lbs or 105lbs. I just can't do it. My doctor told me losing weight IS as simple as keeping track of your calories, eat less, move more. It doesn't matter how you choose to move as long as you do it! You can do this :)

I agree! I've never been a runner! I've always wanted to be but my body just isn't made for it. I even played sports in college and anything over a small sprint was not possible for me. Hang in there... there are so many exercises out there that are a lot more fun that running anyway!!

Hang in there. You can do it, just keep counting calories and writing down all your food. Just keep pushing yourself to reach that goal. One day at a time.
