Still feeling a little under the weather, but better. Made good decisions the last couple days on my diet. Feels pretty good to be down almost 10 lbs. I know I'm only about 1/3 of the way to my goal, but I can already tell a difference with clothes and how I feel. Gotta keep this up!
What has really helped is I don't have unplanned or uncharted snacking. Also, those combo meals from the chains? Haven't had that in awhile. No pop in 3 weeks, no french fries, haven't even had a burger... Yowza.
