I have been trying to lose weight for over two years. During that time I have been as high as 265 lbs and for a day or two at a low of 239 lbs. I have been trying to keep by caloric intake at between 1500 and 2000 calories per day. But because I work out of my house I find it very easy to graze on food throughout the day. Also I try to get exercise 6 days of the week--Monday, Wednesday, Friday I walk up to 4.1 miles per day. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I lift weights. Also I am a diabetic so getting this weight off is important to my overall health. I also am a very poor sleeper at night.
