* Note to self * I NEED to lose a pound per day to be comfortable enough to go to the race in Daytona.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you have realistic expectations... If you lose 2 lb per week steadily you will get there but if you set up fantastical goals you will get depressed. The voice of experience speaking... Starvation dieting does not work... be careful out there.

sorry but that is not healthy at all and very unrealistic. Set up realistic goals that can actually be accomplished! 2-3lbs a week tops!
