Still slow going, but I'm happy it is still in the right direction. Got a little better back on track with eating habits, so just need to keep that up. The times I go overboard and splurge, it's just not satisfying, and that is a good thing. Yard work might be key to get the exercise thing going.
330.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
