Okay so no more Atkins for me. We thought we were pregnant and all of the sweetners are not good for pregnancy so I am off Atkins, although we are not pregnant. We are trying to concieve so rather than doing a diet I will have to drastically change when we succeed I am trying to find a diet I can stick to throughout TTC and pregnancy. So I may try weight watchers. I will continue to do my diet calendar so I can keep track of what I am eating and so I can figure out what works for me :)
