We shall see how this goes. yesterday resting since day before qalked seven miles. Feeling stonger, and the muscles are sore. I would be thrilled to hit the 150s this week.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
