Good golly Ms. Molly, just finished exercising with my son (who is a slim jim by the way) doing the Cardio Max Level 1 with Bob Harper. Goodness gracious, it is definitely not as easy as it appears, according to my son. I knew right off hand I would be struggling, but when I looked over and saw "high school skinny" over there huffing and puffing, I knew I was getting a good workout in. I also worked with my medicine ball, but I dont see anywhere to enter the exercise for that, nor my resistance bands. If anyone knows how many calories those exercises burn, I would greatly appreciate you passing along that info.
Anywho, I am done for the evening, time to prepare dinner, take a shower, and SWAN DIVE in the bed!!! Have a good one.
