@Amanda Seasoned with coarse sea salt and black pepper. Seared on both sides. Cooked the meat in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes do a natural release for 5 minutes. And then do a hand release. Meat comes out very tender and you can shred it.
