So my weight is the same this week as it was last week which oddly enough I'm glad! Glad I didn't gain any weight that is. I went on a retreat this weekend and couldn't control what food I was given but also to blame myself I always seemed to eat to much. Then of course with it being Palm Sunday I went to an Easter party and ate way to many cookies. So to have gained any weight I'm happy. I didn't get to exercise yesterday but I did go for a run on the beach while I was at the retreat, what little I could run. Man is it hard to run on the beach!
