Weird weight week. 4lb jump from Saturday to Monday and progressively reduced through the week. 1 or 2 lbs I'd say water weight, but 4lbs is way out of the ordinary for me. Not sure what that was. Hoping not to recreate it! Week over week loss was 1/2 lb. Monday to Saturday loss was 4 1/2 lbs....

Down is down. Just need to stay motivated.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It could be anything from a scale glitch to salt/water retention, or even no bowel movement that day, or more likely a combination of several things. I've had a large meal with a bottle of water show a 2lb gain in the course of half an hour! It's just math... Bottled water is a little over a pound/bottle, plus the meal. If it had salt/msg in it, it'll increase water weight over the next day or two. You're making effort, so you got this! 💦🧂⚖️📈 🤔
