Wowwwww. So I slipped and ate from a fast food joint. The infamous McDonalds. Good golly Ms. Molly I NEVER knew that fast food had that many calories in one value meal. That is the majority of my intake for the whole dang day. Well considering that I like to eat more than one time a day, I wont be doing that again.
I guess seeing things written on the wall (in this case the computer) is proof of why I am the weight I am today. Heck I was eating from fast food joints twice daily. Being in law enforcement, you have to eat on the run.
Anywho, that was my first and last slip up. I am focused from this point on. Guess I will now go grocery shopping and try out these different recipes.
