Good morning!
I'm feeling much more optimistic about my weight loss journey today. My food choices have been really good, and I've been making a point of exercising as soon as I get home. It's really tempting to watch TV with DH, but I've actually talked him into exercising with me before watching TV at night.
I put a picture of me on the fridge from our honeymoon in Key West, when I was about 130 lbs, so that is very motivating!
