I have been trying to read journals and diet calendars of others on Atkins to get ideas and compare, but I have noticed most people are not eating there recomended 20 grams net carbs. It seems people are getting between 10-15 net carbs and not from foundation vegetables. I have the Quick Start Guide and it says aim for close to 20 grams net carbs with 12-15grams being from foundation vegetable. I have seen some getting only 3 grams of carbs from FV. I think that may be problematic as far as fiber and vitamins. I hope others will compare my journals to theirs also and maybe notice how few FV's they are getting. I have struggled to get that many from FV also, but I don't think I have fallen as low as 3 grams a day. Who knows, we are all in this together so I hope we can help guide eachother and encourage eachother.
