I am staying on plan - within my net carb and calorie goals but I need more exercise. The scale is stuck for now. We are expecting Landon tomorrow - a big winter storm. The grocery store shelves are bare. We had to cancel hubby's CT scan and bone scan. We are getting winter mix, sleet, freezing rain, maybe some ice 0.2 - 0.4, and snow 1-10 inches. So we may lose power and the internet. If you are in the Ohio River Valley or northeast of there it is headed your way - stay safe.
