Since lat 4 weeks I am on a strict vegetarian and fruit diet. Daily 10 km of cycling and 45 min of jogging. Start weight - 98 KG Current weight - Not measured. Finger crossed.

Hi! good luck... I hope you are getting enough protein. Building muscle requires protein and energy. The body will utilize fat and carbs for the energy, but it needs the protein to work with.
