Big loss this morn, it has been building up.. Guess an extended Gym day yesterday and low calorie intake pushed it over and voilà, dancing on the edge of BMI.. Gorgeous full moon this morn for a very pleasant morning walk .. Last day of school for the week and then three-day weekend ..
