I am so tired.... I think i need a week of sleep!!! I need to get home and to cut veggies and meal prep... i am not doing as well as i should because i am always on the run for something. figured out my knee problem is most likley a hip problem working its way down to my knee. I haven't been able to work out and i feel like this has something to do with my energy level. Maybe i will try Yoga?? this will be less pressure on my joints. and i always feel like a million bucks walking out of that class! Oh well i can only do what i can do for now. happy tuesday all!
